Let’s Connect

Before anything is finalized, we take time to connect and talk through your floral vision and wedding in more detail.

This can be done in whatever way feels easiest for you: an in-person meeting where you can see our florals up close, a phone call, or a virtual consultation.

During this conversation, we’ll also explore the level of service that best fits your event and how hands-on you’d like the experience to be.

STEP 3

Your Custom Estimate

Once we’ve connected and have a clear direction for your event, we’ll prepare a custom estimate tailored specifically to you.

This proposal outlines your floral design, rental pieces, delivery, installation, and any optional enhancements based on your vision and venue. Everything is curated to reflect your aesthetic and overall scope in a clear, easy-to-understand format.

STEP 4

Reserve Your Date

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll confirm your booking by signing the service agreement and submitting your deposit. This officially secures your date and ensures everything is reserved exclusively for your event.

From there, your date is locked in, and we move into the exciting part: bringing your floral vision to life.

STEP 5

Design & Planning

Now the fun really begins.

Once your date is secured, we move into the design phase where everything gets refined and brought into focus. We’ll finalize your floral selections, confirm layouts, and map out how each element will come together within your space.

We’ll also coordinate logistics, connect with your planner or venue if needed, and make sure every detail is aligned- from ceremony moments to reception styling.

This is where your vision starts feeling real, cohesive, and completely you.

STEP 6

Final Details & Coordination

As your event date approaches, we’ll refine and confirm all the final details to make sure everything is seamless.

This includes last touches like layout confirmations, timeline adjustments, and coordinating any key elements such as seating charts, access instructions, and venue logistics.

We’ll also do a final check-in with your planner or venue (if applicable) to ensure everyone is aligned and ready for setup day. This step is all about tightening the details so everything feels effortless when the big day arrives.
